NC Pre-K, a pre-kindergarten program offered through a partnership between Rutherford County Schools and area child-care providers, has spaces available to help four year-olds prepare for success in school. The NC Pre-K program is available free of charge to families which meet program guidelines. Spaces are available at selected elementary schools, as well as certain private child-care centers.
